The rooms are very spacious and of a high standard, with views of the mountains or the sea. The residence is also very quiet.
The parking lot is equipped for electric cars, which is very useful when you have a rental car (almost exclusively electric in Corsica now).
I agree with the other comments about the (sublime) beach, which is just 2 steps away.

The place is heavenly, quiet, with parking, ideally located 2 minutes walk from the beach of Santa Giulia, paillotes nearby are nice for lunch or a drink in the evening by the sea.
The apartment is very classy we rented a T3 duplex, it is very well equipped, very clean, like new. The photos are a true reflection of reality. Everything was perfect 😉👍👌

Fantastic stay in an incredible location with direct access to the Santa Giulia beach. The residence has private parking.
The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. What's more, the receptionist provided us with excellent addresses for restaurants, bars, places to visit and so on for our stay.

An exceptional residence in terms of its location, very close to PORTO VECCHIO and the beach (5 minutes on foot), quiet and peaceful, with a warm welcome before and during our stay (special mention to ASTRID), and high-quality amenities in the apartment we stayed in (75 m² duplex) with all the necessary comforts. Nearby activities: Beach 5 minutes' walk away. Pedestrian accessibility: Beach 5 minutes' walk away, mini-market 1 minute away, very convenient for breakfast, among other things.
The Costa Nera Beach House has it all. Its location is ideal for enjoying the island's most beautiful beach without having to take your car. The rentals are modern, charming and very well equipped. Outdoor parking is easy to access. The quality/price ratio is truly unbeatable!
