what equipment is present in the home?
Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils), as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.
All household linen is provided (bath towels, carpets, sheets, pillows, comforter and kitchen towels).
On arrival, a small welcome kit with dishwasher and washing machine tablets is offered.
How do I get to the residence?
By plane: Figari Sud Corse airport is 20 km from the residence. The nearest airports are Figari Sud Corse (20 km), Bastia (135 km) and Ajaccio (140 km).
By boat: The port of Porto-Vecchio is 10 minutes from the residence. For arrivals by boat from Marseille, Toulon, Nice, Savona or Livorno, the recommended ports of arrival are Porto-Vecchio (10 Km), Propriano (75 Km), Bastia (135 Km) and Ajaccio (140 Km).

Travel during your stay: We advise you to rent a car during your stay, as many rental companies are located close to airports. If you don't want to rent a car, we can book you a cab with our partner Taxi Ciabrini.
At what time can I access my apartment?
Accommodation is available from 4pm to 6:30pm. Later check-in is also possible by prior arrangement with reception.
Can I arrive before the move-in time?
Yes, the residence has a secure private parking lot where you can park as you wish. The reception offers a luggage storage service where you can safely leave your belongings. A courtesy bathroom is also available to guests.
However, entry to the accommodation is only possible after 4pm.
Santa Giulia Bay is a 2-minute walk from the residence, giving you the opportunity to (re)discover one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Beauty. Beach towels can be borrowed from reception.
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open daily, from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
What is the departure procedure?
On the day of departure, you will be asked to dispose of the rubbish and start the dishwasher. A member of staff will come to check-out at the time agreed at check-in. Once you've checked out, you can leave your car in the parking lot during the day, and leave your belongings in the reception luggage room until 6.30pm.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, on the day of check-in we will request a bank imprint for a 600€ deposit.
If the departure conditions are not respected, the deposit will be retained.
What are the rental conditions?
Arrivals and departures are possible every day, but a minimum stay may be required during the summer season.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
We do not require a deposit. However, you must pay the balance for your stay 14 days before your arrival date. You can pay this balance by credit card, bank transfer, vacation checks, or cash. Tourist tax is included in the price. Therefore, if you wish to pay on the day of your arrival in cash or vacation checks, we ask that you pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay, to be paid at least 14 days before your arrival. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of your arrival, before you are given the keys to the accommodation.
Any cancellation made more than 14 days before the start of the stay will result in a full refund. However, no refund will be given for any cancellation made 14 days or less before the arrival date.
A deposit of €600 is required by credit card imprint on the day of your arrival.
The accommodation includes all household linen (towels, bed linen, bath mats, and tea towels). Beach towels are available free of charge on request. We change the sheets and towels every week during cleaning.
We provide weekly cleaning for stays of more than 7 nights. This is free of charge and usually takes place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., depending on availability.
Additional cleaning is available on request at a rate of €60 for studios and €90 for duplexes. You must make the request at least 48 hours in advance, and we will carry it out between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., depending on availability.
We include end-of-stay cleaning in the price.
On the day of departure, we ask you to take out the trash and run the dishwasher. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your deposit.
Any damage, breakage, theft, or apartment left in an unacceptable condition may result in a deduction from the deposit.
Our restaurant, Køstën Plage, is open every day from April to the end of October.
Breakfast is an optional extra at a cost of €12.50 to €14 per day per person. Breakfast is served in our restaurant, Køstën Plage, every day from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Deckchairs are an additional option, with prices varying depending on the month. Deckchairs are located in our restaurant, Køstën Plage, and are available every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please arrive before 11 a.m.; after that time, we cannot guarantee your reservation. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.
Pets are not allowed. Barbecues and planchas are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.
DOES THE FACILITY HAVE AN ON-SITE RESTAURANT?
Yes, our Køstën Plage restaurant is just a 2-minute walk from the residence, on Santa Giulia beach. It welcomes you from breakfast to the last cocktail of the evening. We also offer deckchairs for hire by the day.
Does the establishment offer a Concierge service?
Yes, as soon as your reservation is made, and throughout your stay, we will advise and assist you in organizing your tailor-made stay.
Our concierge service is at your disposal seven days a week:

- Advice and organization of your activities, excursions and discovery of the region.
Where can I have breakfast?
A breakfast option is available for €12.50 to €14 per person per day. Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 8am to 11am.

Our private beach is located on the beach of Santa Giulia, and offers deckchairs for hire by the day.

Santa Giulia is just a 2-minute walk away, and the beach offers a wide range of water sports activities.
With its rich natural heritage, the region is full of places and excursions to discover.The richness of the local gastronomy and oenology is also highlighted in numerous restaurants and grocery stores.
A multitude of activities and trusted service providers can be recommended to you at reception.
Can I barbecue?
No, barbecues and planchas are not permitted in the residence.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are strictly forbidden in the residence.

The residence has charging stations located at the entrance to the parking lot. A charging cable can be borrowed from reception.
Where to shop?
A mini-market is adjacent to reception. Access is via the beach.
A small Spar is 5km from the residence.
An organic store (Biodélice) is 7km from the residence.
Two large supermarkets (Hyper U and Auchan) are 9km away, in downtown Porto-Vecchio.
