COSTA NERA BEACH HOUSE offers high standing studios of 323 sq ft for 2 people. The studios are very comfortable and functional; equipped with all the necessary facilities. Our studios open onto a large terrace where you can relax.
Santa Giulia Beach is at only two minutes walk. There is a secure pedestrian access to get to the white sandy beach.
The “prestige” studios are suitable for disabled people.

The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
Apartments at the Costa Nera Beach House are available at 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
A deposit is required on the day of arrival by credit card or cheque, it is fixed at 600€ and will be returned after the inventory of fixtures. This deposit can be used in the following cases: apartment returned in an unacceptable state, deterioration, lost key.
The apartments are provided with sheets and towels. A weekly cleaning is included in the rental price for stays longer than seven nights (sheets and towels will be changed).
A cleaning intervention is possible during the stay on request, the price is 60 €.

COSTA NERA Beach House offers high standing apartments for four people. The surface area is 750 sq ft and the apartments are designed as duplex.
On the ground floor there is a large landscaped patio and a living area of 30m² with living room, kitchen, storage space, independent WC. Upstairs, a bathroom with shower and toilet, two independent bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds (which can be converted into a 180 cm double bed).
